Foundation Welcomes New Executive Director

Daniel C. Edelson is the new Executive Director of the Education Foundation as well as Vice President of Education and Children's Programs. Before joining the National Geographic Society, he was a professor of education and computer science at Northwestern University, where he founded the Geographic Data in Education (GEODE) Initiative.
