Rooster Soup Co.
's website sums up the ethos of this new restaurant in chef Michael Solomonov's portfolio. Having opened on 23 January, the outfit makes stock from sister-company Federal Donuts' leftover chicken parts and gives all net profits to a local charity. Soup never tasted so good.
