Dharmawangsa Hotel Jakarta

The Dharmawangsa Jakarta is a five-star luxury hotel, a glorious example of Indonesian architecture combining cultural heritage with modern, upscale living. The hotel has 99 spacious rooms and suites decorated in five themes (Java, Coastal Java, Sumatra, Bali and East Indonesia) which open on to large private verandahs. Set in a prestigious oasis of serenity in Jakarta’s garden city-inspired Kebayoran Baru, The Dharmawangsa Jakarta brings all aspects of life together.

The Dharmawangsa Jakarta is the epitome of classic Javanese style. Here, the art of gracious living is a blend of subtle sophistication and elegant intimacy, where guests are received as honoured visitors to a spacious and private haven. It’s a peaceful oasis of serenity, luxury and timeless architectural design where a soothing contrast to the teeming metropolis is offered.

For centuries, Indonesia has been known for its aromatic and culinary inspiration to fine gourmands the world over. The truest pleasure of the table is revealed only when all of the senses are harmoniously mingled, as they are at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta’s restaurants. Guests will be spoilt with gourmet international fare (Western and Japanese) and modern as well as Indonesian cuisine in six restaurants, four thematic lounges serving English, international and Indonesian afternoon tea, and a cake shop offering a selection of homemade cakes, cookies, fresh breads, pastries and sandwiches.

Bimasena Spa focuses on treating mental and physical wellbeing, drawing upon the Javanese philosophy of harmonising the mind and body. The aim is to leave guests fully restored and rebalanced. Taking care of guests’ physical health, there’s an indoor squash court, infinity indoor pool on the fourth floor and a fitness centre, where views of the hotel’s tropical garden and outdoor pool provide a welcome distraction from the exercise and weight training. To complete the post-workout experience, the Pool Bar serves well-earned drinks and delicious light snacks.

Private function facilities are also available in an impressive venue that combines luxurious ambience with a great view of the lush gardens.
