Kempinski Hotel Adriatic

Kempinski Hotel Adriatic is the first Croatian five-star luxury seaside golf and spa resort. Its exclusive interiors capture the essence of luxury and reflect a warm Mediterranean atmosphere fused with a classic and contemporary design.

The hotel has 186 luxuriously designed and furnished rooms, including 19 suites and two presidential suites. All rooms and suites have balconies or terraces and offer splendid views of the Istrian countryside or the Adriatic Sea.

In addition to luxurious rooms and suites, guests can visit the Energy Clinic Carolea Spa, which extends over 33,000sq ft and offers two restaurants, three bars, freshwater indoor pool and outdoor pools, a whirlpool and a hydropool.

Guests can indulge in the finest Istrian and Mediterranean-style cuisine in the hotel’s Dijana and Kanova restaurants, both of which have spectacular views over the sea. Or they can have a drink in the elegant lobby bar with its outdoor terrace, and the poolside and beach bar, both of which feature a selection of fine dining and casual lunch or dinner menus.

The nearby Golf Club Adriatic is the first championship 18-hole course in the Istrian region.

The hotel is located near the Slovenian and Italian borders, near the charming village of Savudrija and a well-known tourist hotspot, the town of Umag. This popular destination is easily accessible by car or by plane from many European capitals due to the proximity of airports in Trieste, Venice, Pula and Ljubljana.

The hotel is surrounded by picturesque countryside with olive groves and vineyards that blend with the green vastness of the golf course. The other side of the hotel takes in views over the Adriatic Sea and the snowy peaks of the Alps.

There are plenty of opportunities for sports and fun: panoramic flights, horse riding, trekking, cycling, canoeing, diving to sunken ships in the Adriatic, golf, tennis and much more are available.

The old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, and Rovinj, along with the Brijuni Islands National Park, the 20-mile Lim Channel, and Pula’s first-century amphitheatre, are all must-see places within easy driving distance of the hotel.
