This target practice area is part of a private ranch, a hundred miles south of San Antonio, Texas, where boar-hunting classes are sometimes held.
After shooting at a wild boar during a hunting weekend organized by the New School of Traditional Cookery, Coleton Evans scans the landscape to see if the animal had been hit and needed to be tracked.
