"Convective fog happens a lot during summer in Chicago," writes Your Shot photographer Jiajing Chen. "In late afternoon, I saw the fog raised from the Lake Michigan and migrate towards downtown. While the street got soaked in the creamy fog, I hesitated, and then ran through 5 blocks to the John Hancock Tower's observation deck hoping to capture the skyscraper sticking out of the fog. And here's the breathtaking view!"
