Running through Mexico's veins are its delectable cuisine, high-spirited locals and the polychromatic buildings from its Spanish colonial past. Zenoyu heads to three cities in the centre of the country; Guadalajara, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Guanajuato and San Miguel de Allende – immersing himself into every nook of local life, from gentlemen playing chess in the street to residents scouring the fruit and vegetable stalls.
