The Hotel in Brussels is the pinnacle of style in the Capital of Europe.

Occupying a landmark 27-floor tower on the chic Boulevard de Waterloo, The Hotel Brussels is a byword for cosmopolitan luxury at the heart of the European capital. Relaunched in 2013 with a new name and an elegant new look, courtesy of Spanish architects GCA, the The Hotel Brussels has swiftly built a reputation as the destination of choice for guests from all over the world, seduced by the winning combination of superb service, style and a room with a view.

With clean lines and striking, intelligent design, the 420 guest rooms anticipate and cater intuitively to the needs and desires of modern business travellers. The usual hotel room clutter of desk, armchair and lamps has been replaced with a sleek cream leather sofa running the width of each room in front of the window and a compact but functional oval table providing a versatile space in which to work or relax whilst enjoying the ever-changing view. Sliding, semi-transparent panels replace traditional curtains, bathing rooms in natural light, while electric blackout blinds guarantee a great night’s sleep. The spacious bathrooms form a natural extension to the open plan space, allowing guests to take in the extraordinary city vistas, even from the shower.

The Panorama Lounge on the 24th floor is a peaceful haven where guests staying in Panorama Deluxe rooms and Suites can take breakfast; enjoy a complimentary drink or snack from the all-day open bar or browse The Hotel Brussel’s library of richly illustrated fashion and lifestyle books and glossy magazines.

Located on the 23rd floor and spread over 250sq metres, the Urban Spa & Fitness offers superb facilities for total relaxation or serious workouts. The Urban Fitness features an airy, ultramodern cardio and strength training space. The Urban Spa includes two relaxation rooms, three treatment spaces offering massages, beauty treatments and more, plus a steam room and a spacious sauna with spectacular views across the city.

After three years at the helm of The Restaurant, chef Pierre Balthazar has introduced a new concept, bringing an element of surprise into the kitchen and onto plates with a ‘menu of the moment’ that’s all about spontaneity. Rather than planning menus weeks in advance, Pierre and his team of chefs work in close cooperation with trusted suppliers, relying on their suggestions to select the very best produce of the moment, from superb meat and fish to perfectly ripe fruit and the freshest vegetables. Improvisation, creativity and the pleasure of sharing new ideas inspire the short weekly menu, composed of three starters, three main courses and three desserts. The menu changes every Thursday, bringing fresh surprises and the daily ‘Pierre’s Lunch’ ensures regular diners always have something new to try.
