Torre de Canyamel is defined by its principles, which have come out of respect for the land, culture and tradition. It’s a family business with activities from farming to exclusive hotel services and promoting cultural events.

Hotel Can Simoneta

Can Simoneta is a five-star hotel located on the northeast coast of Majorca in Canyamel. This beautiful haven is made up of lovingly restored 140-year-old buildings. These feature 26 elegantly decorated guest rooms. Guests have easy access to the sea via a set of steps cut into the cliff.

The Beach House of Can Simoneta is a traditional Majorcan building that has nine renovated rooms; each is spacious and elegant, and has direct access to the beach.

Guests can make use of a separate breakfast and snack area, and there’s a spectacular swimming pool, which has been built into the rocks.

The restaurant, with its breathtaking views over the Mediterranean, has a wonderful terrace where guests can enjoy the innovative cuisine created by chef Pablo Tamarit and his team.

For those with a taste for adventure, there’s a chance to explore the coast on the hotel’s yacht, Chriscraft 25. There are also four golf courses close to the hotel, including Canyamel Golf and Golf de Capdepera. These can be booked for guests at their request.

Hiking and mountain biking are also available on the hotel’s own recommended routes.

Hotel Fontsanta Thermal Spa & Wellness

This is a five-star hotel in the south of Majorca. It’s located at the idyllic natural reserve beach of Es Trenc and Es Salobrar in Campos. It has 37 stylish and cosy rooms.

Guests can enjoy meals created by chef Celia Martin-Nieto Seldas who uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that are a work of art.

The Fontsanta Thermal Spa waters are different from any other spa in the Balearic Islands. These waters emerge from underground and as they rise in shallow aquifers they acquire mineral elements in a form that would be almost impossible to reproduce artificially.

The spring waters of Fontsanta Hotel are legendary, discovered and first used by the Romans. Over the centuries other famous people have benefited from the healing powers of these springs, including Archduke Luis Salvador.

In May of 1845, the first building to house the thermal baths was built. In 1916, the ownership of the baths passed from the public to private hands of the Cosmet family.

Faithful to the intrinsic spirit of continuous improvement, Fontsanta Hotel opened its doors in 2012, combining the style of an exclusive hotel with traditional Majorcan style — where guests can also enjoy the benefits of the famous spring waters.

Hotel Convent de la Missió

The convent was built during the 17th century with the aim of educating missionaries. Fast-forward to the 21st century, and the small streets, courtyards and palm trees of Palma’s old town surround it.

Having undergone careful renovation, it’s become an exclusive hotel where elegance blends with serenity, resulting in a unique space, full of beauty and immersed in art, distinguished for its tranquillity and harmony.

In the hotel’s restaurant, which has held one Michelin star since 2015, chef Marc Fosh creates delicious menus based on traditional Mediterranean recipes but with his own creative twist.

The restaurant, with its large terrace and amazing wall of cascading water, is the ideal place for food lovers in search of the pleasure of enjoying a delicious meal in singularly beauty surroundings.

Formerly the convent refectory,  Art Bar is now a multifunctional space: an exhibition hall and bar, a space for discovering art, and a place to share a drink. The Art Bar houses works by contemporary artists from multiple disciplines: photography, painting, ceramics and sculpture.

Hotel Pleta De Mar

The brand new Hotel Pleta de Mar is a five-star hotel, located just 650ft from Can Simoneta.

Completely surrounded by nature and overlooking the sea, the architecture of this new property is distinguished by its elegance, its perfect integration with the environment and the sumptuous decor of its interiors.

This luxurious resort has an array of facilities: spectacular suites, an exclusive grill restaurant, two infinity pools, a spa and a private beach.

All suites have been created from the respectful integration with nature — minimalist quarters in a Mediterranean pine forest and wild olive trees. This is the perfect place to experience a back-to-the-essence-of-the-land trip, surrounded by silence and the smell of the forest. Experience the pleasure of ultra relaxation and disconnection with a background of sea and nature in which to pamper your body and soul.

In keeping with the best tradition of open-fire cuisine, Foc Asador de Mar serves heavenly and authentic meat and fish dishes from the region.
