Watch Self-Rolling Snowballs Form in Canada

Snow rollers are like self-made snowballs. Sheila Nemcsok filmed the quirky things in Ottawa, outside Canada's Supreme Court.

In a CBC story, Environment Canada senior climatologist David Phillips notes that now rollers require a temperature roughly 3 to 4 degrees Celsius, wind of about 30 mph, and fresh snow that doesn't stick where it lands.
