It's Bluefin tuna season in the Outer Banks, off the coast of North Carolina, and the local fleet is excited to finally be able to haul in these lucrative giants again. But when Northern boats Hard Merchandise, Pin Wheel and Hot Tuna sweep into Southern waters for their share of the quota, the local boats are not happy. This war will be anything but civil.
